世界熱議:為了滅絕蚊子，人類都發(fā)明過(guò)哪些酷刑？

蚊子可以攜帶并傳播超過(guò)80種疾病，塞卡病毒、瘧疾、塞卡病毒等多種病原體正在非洲肆虐，登革熱、乙型腦炎依舊在全球流行。全球200多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，每年多達(dá)80萬(wàn)人死于蚊子導(dǎo)致的病菌感染。

2022年3月，美國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)署（EPA）批準(zhǔn)了一個(gè)驚人的計(jì)劃：Oxitech公司打算在3年的時(shí)間內(nèi)，向自然界釋放24億只轉(zhuǎn)基因雄蚊，意圖在局部地區(qū)消滅蚊子。

但美國(guó)這個(gè)計(jì)劃真的能成功嗎？

其實(shí)，早在2009年，美國(guó)便有研究者對(duì)雄性進(jìn)行改造，投放在城鎮(zhèn)，經(jīng)過(guò)3個(gè)月的時(shí)間，最終讓當(dāng)?shù)匚米拥臄?shù)量下降了80%-95%，可謂相當(dāng)?shù)某晒Α?/p>

然而好景不長(zhǎng)，美國(guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)在18個(gè)月后，發(fā)現(xiàn)蚊子出現(xiàn)了大幅度反彈。

經(jīng)過(guò)研究才發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)?shù)爻霈F(xiàn)了一種從未出現(xiàn)過(guò)的蚊子，這種蚊子不但能夠克服轉(zhuǎn)基因帶來(lái)的缺陷，而且還具有超強(qiáng)的抗性，更加難以被人滅殺。

這個(gè)結(jié)果告訴我們，如果人類試圖用基因工程消滅蚊子，可能會(huì)遭受前所未有的反噬。

雖然基因武器讓人類變得越來(lái)越強(qiáng)大，但它也可能是一把雙刃劍，必須謹(jǐn)慎使用。
